A screw conveyor is a device that uses a screw shaft to rotate and push materials for conveying.The screw conveyor is composed of planetary cycloidal pinwheel reducer, coupling, (or sprocket, chain) screw shaft, intermediate hanger, bearing seat, groove body and bracket. The screw shaft is driven to rotate by the reducer and the coupling, so that the material entering the trough does not rotate with the screw due to its own gravity and its frictional force on the trough, but only moves along the trough to achieve the purpose of conveying materials. The advantages of the screw conveyor are: simple structure and easy maintenance; the external dimension of the cross section is not large; the material can be fed in and out at any position in the length direction; the cover of the closed casing can be used to achieve a better sealing effect
