II. Working principle of rotary valves

The rotary valve is equipped with a cycloid reducer, which is directly and rigidly connected to the main shaft through the reducer shaft, so as to drive the main shaft and impeller rotation. The impeller is equipped with a number of impeller pieces, which are equipped with rubber sealing pieces, pressed by a pressure plate, and the sealing pieces are close to the inner wall of the shell. When the motor rotates, the main shaft and impeller rotate at the same time, and the material enters the impeller slot from the upper bin through the inlet, and the rotating impeller takes the material to the outlet and feeds it out.

III. Instructions for use of rotary valves

1. Check whether the motor wiring is correct and reliable before use, and whether to install overload protection.

3. This product is suitable for powder dry materials and fine particle dry materials, such as high humidity and high viscosity materials, high temperature materials need to be customized separately.
