1. Working principle of conveyor belt machine:
In normal operation, the motor drags the active drum to rotate
through the reducer, and the active drum drives the tape to run
through the friction between it and the tape. Stones, coal and
other materials are on the tape, and the materials move together
with the tape through the friction between the materials and the
tape, so as to achieve the purpose of conveying materials.
2. Components of conveyor belt machine:
It is mainly composed of belt, rollers, frame, driving device,
tensioning device, redirecting roller, braking device and cleaning
device, etc.
3. Characteristics of conveyor belt machine:
(1) Simple construction. The structure of belt conveyor is only composed of the above
parts, which can be standardized production and assembled according
to the needs. The structure is very simple.
(2) Large capacity. The transportation capacity can be from several
kilograms per hour to several thousand tons, and it is continuous
and uninterrupted transportation.
(3) The conveying distance is long and there is no need for any
transfer point in the middle.
