Cast Iron Carbon Steel Star Type Unloader Ash Unloading Valve
Star type ash unloading valve is also called star type unloading
device (star type unloader). It is composed of motor, tooth
difference planetary reducer (x) or needle fiber cycloid reducer
(z) and rotary dragon unloader. There are two series and 60
specifications. The inlet and outlet flanges are of type A and the
circular ones are of type B. It is composed of rotor impeller with
several blades, shell, reducer and seals. It is mainly installed in
the ash hopper of dust collector for ash discharge. It can also be
widely used in the unloading device of ash feeding and unloading
system in chemical industry, metallurgy, mining, machinery,
electric power, grain and other industries
Feature:(1) By adopting the principle of planetary rotation, the input and
output are on the same axis and are directly connected with the
motor, so it has compact structure, beautiful and novel shape,
small volume and light weight
( 2) Smooth operation, low noise, few faults, long service life,
gear parts are made of nodular cast iron and bearing steel. Good
performance and high reliability
( 3) The bearing, gear box and are far away from the valve body to
avoid the influence of high-temperature dust. The front and rear
end covers have good sealing performance to prevent dust leakage
and prolong the service life of motor parts and lubrication system
( 4) The machine has overload and small inertia moment. It is
suitable for frequent starting and reverse rotation
